To begin the process, you may request a return or an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date of your purchase.
To ensure a smooth handling of your return request, you must meet the following studio requirements:
Original Item Condition: You must keep the item completely intact, undamaged, and inside its original packaging.
Included Components: In addition, you must return all complimentary gifts, certificates, and accessories inside their authentic parcel.
Manufacturing Defects: If you detect a verified crafting defect, our studio immediately exchanges the piece for an identical item. In this situation, simply record a brief video report and send it to our WhatsApp support team to schedule a direct courier pickup.
Standard Return Shipping: When you choose to return an order for reasons unrelated to physical defects, we simply deduct the courier shipping fee from your final payment refund.
