We truly appreciate you choosing our heritage and artistic products at Edmond. We are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. Therefore, we understand that your needs may sometimes change, which is precisely why we have simplified our return and exchange process to ensure your convenience and ease.
1. Return & Exchange Period
To begin, you may return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please observe the following conditions:
Original Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
Accessories and Gifts: Furthermore, all accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned in their original packaging.
Opened Products with Manufacturing Defects: In cases where an opened product is found to have a manufacturing defect, it can be exchanged for the same item. In this situation, the customer should either deliver the product to the company’s main branch or send a video report via WhatsApp to arrange for a shipping company pickup.
Shipping Costs: If the order is returned by the shipping company for a reason other than a manufacturing defect, then the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Return & Exchange Procedures
We proudly offer you two options for returns or exchanges:
Purchase Value Refund: The full purchase value can be refunded.
Product Exchange: The product can also be exchanged for another product of the customer’s choice.
For Credit Card or Bank Check Payments: Regarding these payments, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within fourteen (14) business days. Consequently, the customer must follow up on payment procedures with their respective bank.
4. Exclusions from the Return & Exchange Policy
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, the following cases are excluded from the return and exchange policy:
Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
Discrepancies in the product’s serial numbers, original packaging, colors, or any other physical appearance compared to the product as received and as recorded on the purchase invoice.
All digital content included with the product, such as DVDs and CDs.
All software and device drivers.
All personal care and food/beverage preparation equipment.
5. Privacy Notice
At Edmond, we prioritize the privacy of your data. However, please note the following:
Firstly, Edmond Company is not responsible for any loss of customer data during the replacement or refund process.
Secondly, Edmond Company is not responsible for any information or personal data stored on the customer’s device.
Finally, the customer is solely responsible for transferring any personal data or settings to a new device when needed.
6. Additional Terms & Conditions
The customer has the right to collect purchased items within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.
In the event of a delay in product collection, Edmond Company reserves the right to add 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month of delay, to be collected in cash from the customer.
If a product is returned due to a product defect, a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect product delivery, then no additional fees for shipping or bank transfers will be charged.
7. Product Warranty Provisions
Ultimately, the warranty and return period vary depending on the product type as follows:
Electronic Musical Devices Manufactured by Us: Full one-year (12-month) warranty from the date of purchase.
Children’s Toys and Wooden Pet Houses: 7-day return period only, provided they comply with the conditions mentioned in item No. 2 above.
Antiques, Artifacts, and Wooden Artistic Paintings: No warranty; can be returned within 7 days only.
Jewelry: Craftsmanship fees will be deducted, and the value of the metal (gold or silver) will be refunded.
Accessories: 7-day return period only, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
Personal Care Tools: No warranty or refund.
